For over a decade the Canales family have been providing excellent food and service at their restaurant BT Longhorn Steakhouse. The Canales's wanted to incorporate their Latin American culture in to the Brenham community. It was part of their dream when coming to America in the early '80's to bring a part of their culinary heritage with them. Well some would say dreams can come true with hard work and dedication.

Las Americas brings in Latin flavors with a traditional and modern flare. While also bringing in some of the best styles of wine from the South American regions; Mendoza, Colchagua , San Juan, Casa Blanca and more.
